BODY COMP CHALLENGE
OUR NEXT CHALLENGE STARTS APRIL 5TH, 2024

THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS. THESE RESULTS REQUIRE REAL WORK. WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU DO THAT WORK. 8 WEEKS OF FOCUS AND DEDICATION. ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

WE FOCUS ON ONLY 3 KEY HABITS. THE HABITS THAT, IN OUR EXPERIENCE,
GIVE THE MAXIMUM RESULT FOR THE LEAST AMOUNT OF EFFORT.
Strength Training
During the challenge, we strength train 3 times per week. Consistent training allows us to eat more and build muscle while we lose fat. And that toned, athletic look most of us are after? That comes from strength training. Get ready to see and feel muscles you never have before!
Calories + Protein
There is no shortcut to fat loss. We must track our food and eat adequate protein for maximum results. Tracking calories and protein takes the guesswork out of weight loss. We find your exact fat loss range and prioritize protein to curb hunger and optimally recover from workouts.
Weigh Daily
The scale is our feedback mechanism. We weigh daily to monitor results and familiarize ourselves with our bodies' natural fluctuations. This is vital data that our coaches use to make adjustments. In our opinion, if you're not willing to weigh daily, you're not ready to take your weight loss seriously.

I hope you sign up for Body Comp! It only did amazing things for me and I will forever be grateful I signed up and took on the challenge! For the first time I actually feel like I am in control of my weight, and that is empowering!
- Molly M.
Since my first weigh in on January 23, at 298lbs, now on July 19th I weigh in at 236 lbs. Over 60 lbs loss in 7 months... Making a complete lifestyle change is definitely challenging, but if you want to see the changes and better yourself, I could not think of a better support system.

Why Are People Losing So Much Weight? The fitness industry has a history of using "tricks" and "special diets" in an attempt to convince people to change habits. The Body Composition Challenge works because it is simple and straight forward. We all know we must eat less and/or move more to lose weight. We all know we must strength train to build muscle. The challenge works because we hold ourselves and each other accountable to the necessary actions. There are no shortcuts. Just work, results, and the pride of achievement!
-
Do I Have To Change The Way I Eat?To lose fat, we must make some reduction to our daily intake. To combat hunger while we lose fat, we must also eat adequate protein. We do not give any restrictions on specific foods, however to hit your calorie and protein goals, you will be making different choices than usual. Making these conscious changes is part of why the challenge works so well. Our coaches provide countless resources to help with this process and you will be surprised how many of your favorite foods you will continue to eat!
-
I've Never Lifted Weights Before, Do You Provide a Plan?Yes! If you are newer to strength training, we start you with a basics program that can be done at home or at your local gym. If you are experienced, we have more advanced training programs that you can follow. All strength training programs include substitutions and can be done with the following minimal equipment: - Bench - Free Weights (Dumbbells, Kettlebells, or Barbell) - Bands
